We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative Manager to join our growing team. This is a player/coach role that is responsible for helping lead and develop the Thrive’s Sales Development Team by developing new campaigns, improving SDR effectiveness in prospecting for new clients and refining strategies, campaigns, and programs to increase the number of qualified leads and opportunities. The role also includes being responsible for generating your own qualified prospect pipeline.
